Marching Orders

Dude I am so flippen glad I got the chance to go up to LifeWay at the weekend.
For those who arn't in the know, LifeWay is a Bible College an hour north of Auckland, in a beautiful little town called Snells Beach. It's a little different to most Bible Colleges because the courses pretty much involve your entire life for the time you are there.
In 2002 I did R18, a youth leadership course, but it's pretty similar to another course called the First Wave Army. Very intense physical, Spiritual training and teaching. Twice a year all the graduates from different courses are invited to go back for a leadership conference, Marching Orders, to get refreshed and inspired, catch up with mates, make some new ones, and hear what God is up to and speaking to us about.

I wasn't going to be able to go this time round, but God totally provided for me to get up there! Cheers God! I've been quite tiard over the past month or so, recovering from a stressful year. It totally zapped all the life out of me. Now I'm feeling relaxed as well as excited about stuff again!

A new deck has been built this year outside the dinning hall. It's so awesome.

They had a cafe set up on it, fairly lights, couches and everything. I was quite impressed with the coffee. Although one time I think someone might have been a little confused about the flat part of a flat white. Nevermind, twas good.

More soon...
