Bird Politics

He he, I had a great walk to the beach this morning. I missed a beautiful sunrise by about 10 min but there was a rainbow in the sky. Nice eh.
It had been raining last night so all these birds were snacking on the worms that had surfaced at the rugby ground. It was funny, there were all these black birds over one side of the field. Then on the other side a huge congregation of white seagulls looked like they were having a little meeting or something. On my way back I noticed some other birds with white bellys and black backs in the middle of the field. Never actually noticed them before in the area. As I walked across the field they started moving, running and flapping and charged as a huge group towards the seagulls, who all flew off squawking. The black birds were still doing their thing with the worms.
I am so easily amused…
