Yay God!
It's been a week and one day since i last wrote a post. My Blog is feeling quite the stranger at the moment.
All my lovely loyal readers will be pleased to know that my desk is now tidy. I have infact moved all the junk that layerd the surface to my notice board or filed it in the bin (sorry, no offence Christian Blind Mission), washed two icecream bowls, 7 cups and 2 spoons, thrown out 3 apple cores and two carrot tops, no wait, three carrot tops, found 3 pairs of scissors, a whole puncher AND a stapler, matched CD with cover, and dusted. Ahh. The rest of my office however still needs a little attention.
So anyway, Yay God for a great week. A LINK meeting last week went extrodinalrily well. God is really making connections and drawing our attention to the same priorities. A good sign that we are on track working together. Kids Rock is going to go off! It's going to be a combined kids prayer and worhip event. It's gonna rock mobilising kids to pray, and providing an atmosphare for them to connect with God. yayayay
We had an awesome camp at the weekend: Supernatural, Edge/Vision. It was great to meet some of the students I see around but never met, and get to know some of the jnr youthies a bit better. There are some really intersting people around. Saturday night we had a really good ministry time. The whole camp was excelent, run really well, and Edge and Vision mixed quite well. I came back early Sunday morning with Luke to do kids church & had lunch at the Peirce's house, the second best Sunday lunch destination in Dunedin. (only second after my parents house, both boast of warmth and comfortable chairs with relaxed converstation).
