bye bye eight

It's been a week now, but I just haven't had time to blog!
Eight was great.
They started with solo acts from 3 members. Bass player Alastiar Rodgers kicked it off witha few songs, aparently never before played in public followed by lead guitar/vocals Bruce Conlon. And then finally, the hottie (am i allowd to say that?) Chris Cope. Karen played music with him at school. I'm really looking forward to hearing what these guys will produce in their solo carriers, Chris is already well under way.
Then the band played. Such an amazing experience listeing to eight play. It draws you closer to God. When most people are moving away to the music they probably don't realise they're listining to ... 'I'd rather be one day in the House of the Lord then a thousand elsewhere'... they may not hear the words or understand them but I recon it must have an effect in their spirits.
